The Merrillville Stormwater Utility department is reminding residents and others who ordered rain barrels through the Merrillville program that they must pick up their rain barrels this Thursday, April 30, 2015, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm in the Merrillville Stormwater Resource Center parking lot, 7404 Broadway.  Staff will have a list from UpCycle Products showing who has purchased a rain barrel and any accessories.  Residents and others who are unable to pick up their rain barrel on April 30^th are asked to arrange for pick up that day by a relative, friend or neighbor.
